Journaling reads:
Day one of your new earrings.
On November 4th, Sydney and Dani got their ears pieced. Sydney went first. She was great, even though it took a while for the second ear piercing person to get there. Only cried for a second after the earring were put in. Dani on the other hand flipped out. Did not even want the marker for the dots. Didn't matter that she picked out the pink flower earring (and Sydney had to get different ones). We went for lunch came back, and Dani sat on the outside of the Piercing Pagoda in order for them to pierce her ears.
Fast forward to Thursday. Aunt Renee and I are leaving the mall. As I start to strap Sydney in the car, I notice her earing is gone. I know it was in her ear when we were at lunch. We retrace our steps but no luck finding the earing. We have the back (it was in the stroller). I go talk to the Piercing Pagoda in this mall. They tell me that since it has started to scab over, it has to heal before it can be repierced. Sydney is upset.
Friday afternoon, I'm helping Dani do flips and she screams my earing my earing. Her earing is out of her ear. I manage to get it back in, but I can not get the back one. Dani is crying and struggling. Earing comes out again. I can't get it back in.
So Dani has a left earing and Sydney has a right earing

Aw LJ! Poor things and their earrings. I got both of my girls pierced at 10 weeks. Man, they leave them alone for the longest time. And at about this time, they both started taking them out. Alyce just handed me hers the other day. Like here mom. LOL
