JOURNALING – The goal of this café is to serve traditional Cuban food using the freshest ingredients sourced weekly from Miami. Their Cuban sandwich has been voted the best outside of Miami. I enjoyed the beef empanada (DELICIOUS) and the Cubano sandwich. I went to the café in Alachua; their original one is in Gainesville. 1/3/20
