I couldn’t get the download to work by clicking the link.
I did get it to work by copying the link address (right click on link and select “copy link address”) and then pasting it into my internet address bar.

Same problem, can’t get the downloads to open and download. I’ve never had this problem before. Obviously lots of people are getting it but I can’t. Any ideas?

Another designer said it’s because of a change in Google/Chrome. If the link doesn’t start with https (meaning it is secure), you will get the message that it can’t be downloaded securely.

It has to be something with chrome…I used Microsoft Edge and it downloaded just fine.
