You may not do anything with the Content that is not permitted. You may not provide a copy of the Content, or any portions thereof, to anyone or allow anyone to gain access to the Content, or any portion thereof, except as permitted above. For greater certainty, you may not: (a) You may not use the Content in design template applications for resale, including, without limitation, website templates, flash templates, and brochure design templates; (b) You may not display the Content on websites designed to induce sales of "print on demand" products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items (this includes custom designed websites as well as sites such as Cafe Press (i.e. www.cafepress.com)); (c) You may not claim Content or altered Content as your own. With valid purchase, small business owners are granted a limited license to use this product to create Scrapbook Pages or crafts for sale to individual clients under the following conditions: - Products must be used for your individual clients using their photos or the equivalent.
- The final product *you* provide to your client must be in flattened format, either printed or in an electronic single-layer flattened file, with no transparency or options for reuse by your client in a commercial or professional manner. - Your client is not granted redistribution of the files themselves in any commercial or professional use way.
