All of the graphic images created by Mermaid Designs may be used for personal use only in your own design projects.  
Designs created using these graphics may be submitted to magazines, contests, and internetgalleries with proper
credit given to Mermaid Designs including mention of any graphic you have altered in any way.
You may alter any graphics with respect to colour, size or by adding to or removing from them.

You may not:
No commercial use is allowed. DO NOT redistribute this kit in any form, you may not submit any part or whole of this kit as your own.  
You are not allowed to sell, trade, sublicense, copywrite, or make these images available to others.
