By purchasing this digital product, you are obtaining a "license to use" these graphic images and designs. All copyrights are retained by the original creator of the file whether created by me or other venues (e.g. CU images, PS Actions, etc.)  

TERMS OF USE – PERSONAL USE ITEMS

YOU MAY:

Scrap4Hire is allowed.

You may use these kits and elements in part or in whole in your layouts for your personal use or to create gifts (not for resell, commercial, or profit). You are welcome to submit your layouts for publication, giving proper credit to Alexis-Designs available at Plain Digital Wrapper, including any graphic you have altered in any way.

You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. You may print a hardcopy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects only. 

You may make one copy of these graphics for backup purposes ONLY but not with intent to redistribute. You must also copy all copyright/terms of use notices on this single back-up copy.       

YOU MAY NOT:

You may not claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.  

You may not use any graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work, blogs, etc.

You may not incorporate these graphics into any commercial projects; i.e.: web design/sites, templates, or any projects which will produce income. You are not permitted to resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.  

You may not use any graphic(s) from this zip file to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.  

You may not use these graphics (free or paid) in any online collections, CD ROM's, sold or distributed in any way including sharing via e-mail, groups, newsgroups, chats, etc.  

Limited Liability:

Linda Alexis Burdewick of Alexis-Designs shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of these items.
